Preening blackduck and a coot, Carl Lundgren, New Haven, Connecticut, circa 1950's.
Cork body blackduck in sleeping pose with 3/4" bottom board. Hollow carved cedar coot with slightly turned head.
CONDITION: Blackduck in original paint with very minor wear; excellent structurally; coot appears to be in a thin second coat of paint with very minor wear; hairline crack in back and neck.
