Description
Excellent pair of mergansers, Sean Sutton, Paulsboro, New Jersey.
Hollow carved with relief wing and raised, crossed wing tips. Turned heads and exended crests. Maker's name stamped in the underside of lead weight. Exact pair pictured on page 18 in the Nov/Dec 2008 issue of 'Hunting and Fishing Collectibles', Stan Van Ettan, editor. Drake measures 15 3/4" long and hen measures 14" long.
CONDITION: Near mint.
