Description

Diminutive goldeneye drake from Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia, 1st quarter 20th century.

Pinch breast and wide body.  Incised bill carving and carved eyes in front of bulbous head.  Measures 11" long.

CONDITION:  Early in use repaint with minor flaking and wear; small chip in one side of tail; tight cracks in breast and underside.
