Hollow carved black duck attributed to Will Smith, Belleville, Ontario, 1st quarter 20th century.
Hollow carved with 1/4" bottom board. Also hollowed from the back with a inset board behind neck seat. Detailed scratch feather paint including on underside. Measures 19" long.
CONDITION: Appealing early in use repaint with minor flaking and wear; lightly hit by shot; otherwise vey good structurally.
