Description

Bluebill hen, Mason Decoy Factory, Detroit, Michigan, 1st quarter 20th century.

Premier grade with snakey head style.  "Dr. O" painted on underside.

CONDITION:  Overpaint was taken down and the exposed surface was strengthened; lightly hit by shot; some shot marks on head and bill were filled and painted; bill chip repair on one side; some filler added at neck seat; head is slightly loose.
