Pair of red breasted mergansers, Al Wragg and Doug Burrell, London, Ontario, circa 1960's.
Carved extended crests. Relief wing carving and feather stamping. "WB" stamped in underside.
CONDITION: Minor discoloration, otherwise near mint.
Provenance: Dick and Louise Lancaster collection. Dick Lancaster ordered pairs of decoys in many species from Detroit, Michigan's Ben Schmidt, as well as, the London, Ontario decoy making duo of Al Wragg and Doug Burrell.
