Running yellowlegs from long Island, last quarter 19 century.
In running pose with carved eyes and relief wing carving. Similar to those by the Verity family.
CONDITION: Mix of worn original and old working repaint that has been taken down; minor loss at a knot in back; chip on top side of head; bill is an old replacement with a tight crack near face.
