Description
Two 1/4 size pintails, R.Y. Taggart, Elkton, Maryland.
An earlier example similar to the Ward Brothers and a later example dated 1962. Balsa bodies with slightly turned head. Inserted double tail sprig. One signed on the underside and the other with the maker’s ink stamp. Measure 10 1/2” long.
CONDITION: One tail sprig was broke and reglued and another was replaced, otherwise very good and original.
